My product is Damaged/Broken what do I need to do?
If you receive your package and the item is damaged or broken by the courier please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with images of the damaged packaging.
If an item is faulty and you purchased it more than 30 days ago, it is our aim to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible. We may offer a repair or replacement of the item, or offer a price reduction.
If you need a Cardio repair service for a broken machine please contact email@example.com with your invoice number serial number if possible and a short video/description of the fault and one of our service reps can assist you.
Please note we only service Cardio machines that we sell or have sold, we do not service other branded machines at this time.
