- If you receive your package and the item is damaged or broken by the courier please contact our customer service team at customerservice@mcsport.ie and provide us with images of the damaged packaging.
- If an item is faulty and you purchased it more than 30 days ago, it is our aim to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible. We may offer a repair or replacement of the item, or offer a price reduction.
- If you need a Cardio repair service for a broken machine please download and fill in the Logging Form from this link: Service Logging Form . Once this is filled in please email service@mcsport.ie with your invoice number serial number if possible and a short video/description of the fault and one of our service reps can assist you.
- Please note we only service Cardio machines that we sell or have sold, we do not service other branded machines at this time.
