*IMPORTANT: Please note that deliveries of large items are a kerbside delivery service only. The driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps or through a property. Larger orders outside of Dublin go with JMC Couriers and they do not send a delivery time pre-delivery.

If you wish to avoid delivery charges you can choose Click & Collect at the checkout and pick up your order.
Here at McSport we are committed to providing our customers with the best quality service from product offer to delivery. Due to high Inflation in the costs of transport, fuel, operating and energy we have reluctantly taken necessary steps to increase our delivery rates accordingly. The new rates applied only cover the cost of the shipping as charged to us by our third-party delivery companies.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We aim to deliver your order in 2 - 7 working days
Please note that November & December will be extra busy for courier companies. You can order up until the 20th December. DPD on smaller orders and irregular shaped items will be delivering right up to Christmas Eve. Larger Orders will be delivered by our own fleet in Dublin and JMC will deliver across the country.
DELIVERY OF LARGE & HEAVY ITEMS
As you would expect from high quality equipment, our products can be heavy duty strength and fitness equipment, the boxes can be large and heavy. This surprises some people. Please note the following.
Some packages you can lift on your own
If you've ordered small, light items they will arrive by DPD couriers direct to your door
Some packages you can't lift on your own
Gym equipment is regarded as a "Heavy and Large" item and requires specialised couriers. To ensure your safety and convenience, this always involves a longer delivery time than you might expect for consumer items such as books and clothes.
If you have ordered heavy duty equipment like power racks, heavy weights or cardio equipment please ensure you have someone to help you carry the equipment safely in to your home.

Can I track my order
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us.
Please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us about tracking.
A “Predict One Hour Delivery Window” notification will be sent via SMS and/or email on the day of delivery if your delivery is with DPD or our McSport Vans in Leinster.
JMC Couriers deliver our larger orders across the country and do not offer a notification of delivery.
