Dpd Couriers
- The courier will message your phone number on the off chance this happens, or they will leave a card saying they have attempted delivery, but you were not available to receive it.
- In some circumstances if no-one is home, and a suitable Safe Place is available DPD drivers will deliver the parcel to the designated Safe Place or to a neighbour (according to the shipper's preferences).
- If you have not received any contact from the courier, you can contact them with your track number to arrange a new delivery date or form.
Mcvan
- If the order is travelling with our Inbound couriers (McVan) you will receive a text the day before with a 2hr time slot for delivery the following day
- On the day of delivery, you will receive a 30-minute ETA message with a link for you to track your driver. If there are any delays on the driver’s 30-minute ETA you will also be notified.
- The driver will have contact details for you so if they encounter any problems regarding your delivery, for example finding your property, the driver will be able to contact you direct.
- In the event of a failed delivery, you will be contacted direct from a member of the sales team regarding your delivery to organise another delivery date.
